Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated June 23, 2014, and the company's news release dated June 24, 2014, effective at the opening on Friday, July 11, 2014, trading in the shares of St. Elias Mines Ltd. will be suspended for failure to maintain exchange requirements, the company having fewer than three directors.

Members are prohibited from trading in the securities of the company during the period of the suspension or until further notice.
