Number of placees:  19 placees

Insider:  Jie Tian, 114,500

Finders' fees:  PI Financial, $10,284.40 cash and 25,711 warrants; Douglas Billings, $72,099.60 cash and 180,249 warrants

Finder's warrant initial exercise price:  60 cents

Finder's warrant term to expiry:  three-year term
