The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing three agreements each dated Jan. 6, 2014, between Sirona Biochem Corp. and three arm's-length parties, pursuant to which certain branding, scientific discovery and product development services will be provided to the company. In consideration, the company will issue a total of 1,086,900 shares at a deemed price of 15 cents per share.
