ROBERT EADIE ANNOUNCES FILING EARLY WARNING REPORT RELATED TO THE ACQUISITION OF COMMON SHARES OF RED HUT METALS INC.

Robert Eadie, president and chief executive officer of Red Hut Metals Inc., has filed an early warning report in accordance with National Instrument 62-103 -- The Early Warning System and Related Take Over Bids and Insider Reporting Issues, in connection with his recent acquisition of 750,000 common shares of the company.

Mr. Eadie advises that at the time of the acquisition he held a total of 2,178,001 common shares of the company, representing approximately 15.6 per cent of the company's 13,900,001 issued and outstanding common shares, and 612,500 incentive stock options. Should Mr. Eadie exercise all of his options, he would hold shares representing approximately 19.2 per cent of the company's then-issued-and-outstanding share capital, calculated on a partially diluted basis assuming the exercise of his options only.

Mr. Eadie advises that he purchased the 750,000 shares privately, that he did not act jointly with any other party in acquiring the shares, and does not act jointly or in concert with any other person in exercising his rights over such shares.

Mr. Eadie further advises that he acquired the shares for investment purposes only, and may acquire additional securities, or dispose of some or all of his securities, from time to time in the future.
