Mag Silver Corp. will list an additional 7.32 million shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange at the open on Wednesday, July 16, 2014, according to the TSX. As in a July 9, 2014, short form prospectus, Mag Silver plans to sell 7.32 million shares to the public at $10.25 each, raising $75.03-million. It has granted the underwriters an overallotment option to buy up to 1,098,000 more shares at the same price for 30 days from the closing of the offering.

The company plans to use the money raised to finance exploration and development of its Juanicipio project in Mexico, and for working capital and general corporate purposes.
