GREEN THUMB INDUSTRIES INC. ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF CAD$101.66 MILLION BOUGHT DEAL FINANCING

Green Thumb Industries Inc. has closed its approximately $101.66-million bought deal financing with a syndicate of underwriters led by GMP Securities LP as lead underwriter and sole bookrunner, and including Beacon Securities Ltd., Cormark Securities Inc., Echelon Wealth Partners Inc. and Eight Capital. The final offering includes proceeds from the sale of subordinate voting shares following the full exercise by the underwriters of their overallotment option.

The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for business development, including wholesale capacity, strategic initiatives and general corporate purposes.
