GATEKEEPER SYSTEMS SIGNS STRATEGIC RESELLER AGREEMENT WITH SUNGARD PUBLIC SECTOR

Further to its press release dated Aug. 5, 2015, Gatekeeper Systems Inc. has signed a reseller partner agreement with SunGard Public Sector Inc. SunGard Public Sector provides software solutions that help government agencies, utilities and non-profits provide more effective services to their citizens and communities. SunGard Public Sector is an indirect subsidiary of SunGard, one of the world's leading software and technology services provider with approximately $2.8-billion (U.S.) in annual revenue.

Public safety and justice agencies use SunGard Public Sector solutions to manage emergency dispatch operations, citizen and incident records, mobile computing in the field, and operations of courts and jails. More than 115 million citizens live in communities that are supported by SunGard Public Sector products and services.

"Our arrangement with Gatekeeper will be a key component of our strategy around an end-to-end, fully integrated video solution for public safety agencies across the country," said Kevin Lafeber, general manager of public safety for SunGard Public Sector. "As focus on video for public safety operations increases from citizens and government, we recognize the need for a solution that will help agencies manage this data with ease and tap into this data as a powerful investigative tool."

The company's products and services covered under the arrangement include body cameras, XVault video evidence management system, designed as an enterprise platform software application capable of managing video from body-worn cameras and other mobile video systems, including police vehicles and aircraft, cellphones, security cameras and broadcast video, XConnect software, DOKN-GO software, and accessories, as well as installation and training services.
