FANCAMP APPOINTS NEW DIRECTOR

Effective Aug. 15, 2014, Mark Billings has been appointed to Fancamp Exploration Ltd.'s board of directors.

Mr. Billings recently served as a director and as senior vice-president, corporate development, of Argex Titanium Inc., a company he co-founded in 2007. Prior to founding Argex, Mr. Billings served as chief financial officer for private and public Internet companies from 2000 to 2004. From 2004 to 2006, he was vice-president of corporate finance with Desjardins Securities Inc., where he led a number of public and private financings, and took companies public on the Canadian exchanges. Mr. Billings also served as president and chief executive officer of Orex Exploration, which has a gold project in Nova Scotia. He has a master of business administration from the Harvard Business School and is a chartered financial analyst.

Mr. Billings has been appointed to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Ali Al Hazeem. Mr. Al Hazeem has been appointed to the company's advisory board, where he will continue to provide guidance and support to the company.
