CHARTWELL RETIREMENT RESIDENCES ANNOUNCES THE ELECTION OF DIRECTORS AND OTHER VOTING RESULTS
All of the Chartwell Retirement Residences Real Estate Investment Trust nominees listed in the management information circular dated March 31, 2018, were elected as trustees of Chartwell, trustees of CSH Trust, and directors of Chartwell Master Care Corp. The detailed results of the vote (i) for the election of directors and trustees; (ii) for the reappointment of KPMG LLP as auditor of Chartwell; (iii) for reconfirmation and ratification of Chartwell's deferred unit plan; (iv) for reconfirmation and approval of amendments to Chartwell's unitholders rights plan; (v) on an advisory resolution on executive compensation, held at Chartwell's annual meeting on Thursday May 17, 2018, in Toronto, are set out in the attached table.
Each of the following three nominees proposed by management was elected as a trustee of Chartwell Retirement Residences as shown in the attached table.
