Chartwell Retirement Residences Real Estate Investment Trust will list an additional 17,732,000 units at the open on Nov. 24, 2017, according to the Toronto Stock Exchange. As stated in its prospectus supplement dated Nov. 17, 2017, the REIT will issue 16.12 million units at $15.20 per unit in a public offering. It has granted to the underwriters an overallotment option to buy 1,612,000 more units at the same price for 30 days following the closing of the offering.
