CT REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST DECLARES DISTRIBUTION FOR THE PERIOD OF DECEMBER 1, 2018 TO DECEMBER 31, 2018

CT Real Estate Investment Trust trustees have declared a distribution for the period of Dec. 1, 2018, to Dec. 31, 2018, of 6.31 cents per trust unit, payable Jan. 15, 2019, to unitholders of record on Dec. 31, 2018. This distribution, if annualized, would represent a rate of 75.72 cents per annum.
