COMMERCE RESOURCES CORP. ANNOUNCES AMENDMENT TO WARRANT EXERCISE PRICE

Commerce Resources Corp. has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange for approval to reduce the year-two exercise price from 10 cents to eight cents for the warrants issued on Feb. 16, 2017. In all other respects, the terms of the warrants will remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
