The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Bank of Nova Scotia's non-cumulative preferred shares, Series 16, will be delisted at the close on Jan. 27, 2017. According to the TSX, Scotiabank will redeem the shares on the same day for $25 per share. The consideration payable on redemption will not include any amount for accrued or unpaid dividends. The final quarterly dividend of 32.8125 cents per share for the period from Oct. 27, 2016, to and including Jan. 26, 2017, will be paid on Jan. 27, 2017, to holders of record on Jan. 3, 2017.
