AECON ANNOUNCES FOURTH QUARTER 2018 DIVIDEND

Aecon Group Inc. will pay a fourth-quarter dividend of 12.5 cents per common share. The dividend will be paid on Jan. 3, 2019, to shareholders of record on Dec. 21, 2018.

As previously disclosed in March, 2018, Aecon Group's board of directors approved an annual dividend of 50 cents per share, to be paid in equal quarterly instalments.
