The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a property purchase agreement dated Oct. 1, 2019, between the company and Eagle Plains Resources Ltd., whereby the company has acquired a 100-per-cent interest in the Axis Lake property, located in the northern Athabasca region of Saskatchewan. Consideration is $20,000 and two million common shares. The property is subject to a 2-per-cent net smelter return royalty, of which the company may purchase one-half for $2-million, subject to further exchange review and acceptance.
