ALX URANIUM CORP. ENGAGES UMBRELLA CAPITAL GROUP FOR MARKET MAKING

ALX Uranium Corp. has retained Umbrella Capital Group Ltd. to provide trading (market making) services to ALX with respect to the company's common shares listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Under the terms of an issuer trading services agreement dated as of June 20, 2019, Umbrella Capital will receive compensation of $7,500 per month (plus applicable taxes), payable in cash from the company's working capital account. The capital required for the acquisition of any of the company's common shares and any corresponding trading activity undertaken by Umbrella Capital will be provided by Umbrella Capital acting as principal. The agreement is subject to acceptance by the TSX-V and is for an initial term of three months, and can be continued by the company on a month-by-month basis unless terminated by the company or Umbrella Capital.

Umbrella Capital and ALX are unrelated entities. Umbrella Capital is an independent financial services organization based in Toronto, Canada.
