ALTUS GROUP TO HOLD ITS ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS ON APRIL 30, 2018 AND ANNOUNCE FIRST QUARTER FINANCIAL RESULTS ON MAY 3, 2018

Altus Group Ltd. will hold its annual meeting of shareholders on Monday, April 30, 2018, in Toronto. The meeting and a live webcast are scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. ET. The company values shareholder participation and encourages shareholders to access the information and to vote by no later than Thursday, April 26, 2018, at 10 a.m. ET.

The company also plans to release its first quarter results for the period ended March 31, 2018, after market close on Thursday, May 3, 2018.
