ALTUS GROUP TO ANNOUNCE FIRST QUARTER FINANCIAL RESULTS ON MAY 5, 2016 AND HOLD ITS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS ON MAY 12, 2016

Altus Group Ltd. plans to release its first quarter results for the period ended March 31, 2016, after market close on Thursday, May 5, 2016. Robert Courteau, chief executive officer, and Angelo Bartolini, chief financial officer, will host a conference call and webcast at 5 p.m. Eastern Time the same day to review the financial results and discuss corporate developments.

The company also announced that it will hold its annual general meeting of shareholders on Thursday, May 12, 2016, in Toronto. The meeting and a live webcast are scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. ET.
