Warrant term to expiry:  two years

Finders' fees:  Canaccord Genuity Corp., $40,800 cash and 408,000 warrants; PI Financial Corp., $4,800 cash and 48,000 warrants

Finder's warrant initial exercise price:  10 cents

Finder's warrant term to expiry:  exercisable into one share for a period of two years from date of issuance
