VANADIUMCORP ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR MARC KOK
Vanadiumcorp Resource Inc. has appointed Marc Kok to the board of directors of Vanadiumcorp.
"We are pleased to welcome Marc to Vanadiumcorp's board of directors," stated Adriaan Bakker, the company's president and chief executive officer. "Marc brings a wealth of experience and established networks in engineering, construction and integration of energy storage and renewable energy sectors. His aligned vision with Vanadiumcorp is to combine the best resources, technologies, expertise and end users to establish the complete value chain required to mass commercialize vanadium-based energy storage globally."
Mr. Kok is the founder and current chief executive officer of Redo Holding BVBA in Nazareth, Belgium, which operates two subsidiary companies in Germany:
- Forschungsinstitut Redoflow GmbH, which is developing and commercialising redox flow battery systems;
- Privates Forschunsginstitut Power Storage GmbH, which develops lithium-ion battery systems.
Vanadiumcorp Resource is an integrated technology and mining company focused on developing the exclusive supply chain for vanadium-based energy storage and emerging technologies that utilize vanadium. Vanadiumcorp is focused on commercializing the most efficient and sustainable recovery method to produce vanadium with jointly developed process technology. Vanadiumcorp also holds a significant vanadium-titanium-iron-bearing resource base in mining-friendly Quebec, Canada, including the 100-per-cent-owned Lac Dore project adjacent to Blackrock Metals Inc. and the 100-per-cent-owned Iron-T project near the Glencore Matagami (zinc-copper) mine.
