The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Original expiry date of warrants:  Oct. 21, 2018

New expiry date of warrants:  Jan. 19, 2019

Exercise price of warrants:  10 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 16 million shares with 16 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Oct. 10, 2013.
