Mr. Dino Cremonese reports
TEUTON RESOURCES CORP.: LITIGATION UPDATE-AMENDED RESPONSE TO CIVIL CLAIM
Teuton Resources Corp. has provided the following update on its litigation with American Creek Resources (AMK) concerning the Treaty Creek property, located north of Stewart in the Eskay Creek-Sulphurets-Premier region of northwestern British Columbia (the Golden Triangle).
Teuton's application seeking leave to amend Teuton's response to civil claim (defence) referred to in Teuton's June 8, 2012, news release was heard by the court on Monday, July 9, 2012. Written reasons for judgment were given Friday, July 1, 2012. A copy of the electronic version of the reasons for judgment can be found at Teuton's website.
The court allowed most of the amendments applied for by Teuton subject to liberty granted to AMK to apply for conditions of the permitted amendments. Included in the permitted amendments are allegations that the geoscientific data obtained by AMK respecting the Treaty Creek property are unreliable. It should be noted that the permitted amendments are allegations only and have not been adjudicated upon by the court on their merits.
We seek Safe Harbor.
