Mr. Scott Emerson reports
TUMI DROPS AJAX OPTION
On May 7, 2014, Tumi Resources Ltd. had announced that an agreement had been concluded to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in 11
unpatented claims covering the Ajax gold mine and the West Ajax gold prospect from two
private arm's-length corporations, Dragon Resources LLC (15 per cent) and GoldTech Inc. (85 per cent) as to the Ajax property, which
is located on the Continental Divide between Idaho and Montana.
The company has conducted substantial desktop analysis reviewing a number of historical reports on the property, and
three site visits were conducted. The company has recently concluded its initial work program and, based on the work
conducted, has determined to terminate the agreement. The company has identified certain issues in regard to tenure,
but more importantly the company was unable to repeat the historical sampling programs, which the vendors had
presented to the company, and has identified other geological deficiencies during the initial work program.
In light of these circumstances, the Ajax property does not merit the acquisition terms negotiated, and, accordingly, the
company has terminated the agreement.
The company continues to seek out other opportunities with a focus in the Americas.
