TIGRAY ANNOUNCES ANNUAL AND SPECIAL MEETING WEBCAST AND CONFERENCE CALL

Tigray Resources Inc. will host a webcast and conference call at its annual and special meeting of shareholders in Vancouver on Monday, Feb. 27, 2012. The company's president and chief executive officer Andrew Lee Smith will provide an update on Tigray's exploration activities, which will be immediately followed by a question-and-answer period.

The meeting will be held at the Tigray office at suite 3114, Four Bentall Centre, 1055 Dunsmuir St. at 1 p.m. PST (4 p.m. EST). Shareholders are invited to participate in the meeting via conference call or webcast. The webcast will also be archived on the Tigray website.
