TFI INTERNATIONAL DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

TFI International Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend of 21 cents per outstanding common share of its capital payable on Oct. 15, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 28, 2018.

This dividend is designated as an eligible dividend pursuant to Subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any applicable provincial legislation pertaining to eligible dividends.
