SILVERCORP DECLARES QUARTERLY CASH DIVIDEND OF CAD$0.005

Silvercorp Metals Inc.'s board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 0.5 cent per share (two cents per share on an annual basis) to be paid on or before April 21, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business March 31, 2014. The dividends are considered eligible dividends for Canadian tax purposes.
