PIZZA PIZZA ROYALTY CORP. ANNOUNCES OCTOBER DIVIDEND

Pizza Pizza Royalty Corp. has declared a cash dividend of 6.67 cents per share for October, 2014.

The dividend will be payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on Oct. 31, 2014, and will be paid on Nov. 14, 2014.

For tax purposes, the 2014 dividend will be considered a taxable eligible dividend.
