NEXTRACTION ENERGY CORP. ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF PRESIDENT

Kent Edney will resign as president of Nextraction Energy Corp., effective May 15, 2015. The company would like to thank Mr. Edney for his contributions and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

The company further advises that it has retained the services of Niven Fischer Energy Services Inc. to review the company's assets and make recommendations to the board of directors that will inform future strategic direction.
