The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a property option agreement dated March 1, 2011, between Kootenay Gold Inc. and Fred Critchlow Contracting Ltd. (Fred Critchlow), whereby the company has been granted the option to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Bird property, located 35 kilometres south of Fraser Lake, B.C. Consideration is $80,000 cash and 130,000 common shares payable over a five-year period.
