The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted the company's notice for filing in connection with an arm's-length technology assignment agreement dated Sept. 30, 2013, between Geomega Resources Inc. and Dr. Pouya Hajiani. The company has issued one million warrants to purchase one million common shares at an exercise price of 15 cents per share until July 1, 2018, in consideration for the acquisition of two patent applications related to the physical separation technology of rare earth elements.
