EnWave Corp. has signed a research and development agreement with an option to license with Bonduelle Canada Inc., a subsidiary of Bonduelle SAS, for production in Canada and the Eastern United States.

"Bonduelle is a global leader in fresh, frozen and canned vegetables, and they have a significant corporate focus on the use of innovation to provide the highest-quality products to the market."
