INVESTOR CONFERENCE CALL

ADF Group Inc. invites you to participate in a conference call on the results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2014 ended July 31, 2013. The call will be held on Thursday, Sept. 5, 2013, at 10 a.m. (Montreal time).

During the conference call, Jean Paschini, ADF Group's chairman and chief executive officer, and Jean-Francois Boursier, chief financial officer, will discuss the company's results and highlights for the second quarter ended July 31, 2013, as well as the corporation's most recent and continuing developments, and its outlook for the coming quarters.

Management will also answer questions from investors.
