MEDICAL FACILITIES CORPORATION ANNOUNCES SEPTEMBER DIVIDEND

Medical Facilities Corp. will pay a cash dividend of 9.375 cents per common share on Oct. 15, 2014, to holders of record of common shares at the close of business on Sept. 30, 2014. The ex dividend date for this distribution will be Sept. 26, 2014. Medical Facilities designates this dividend to be an eligible dividend pursuant to Subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and its equivalent in any provinces of Canada.
