ACQUISITION OF CONTROL AND DIRECTION OVER CERTAIN COMMON SHARES OF DATAMETREX AI LIMITED

Andrew Ryu, chief executive officer of Datametrex AI Ltd., has acquired control and direction of 640,650 common shares of DM on Aug. 9, 2018, which represents approximately 0.32 per cent of the then issued and outstanding common shares of DM. Immediately following the completion of the transaction, Mr. Ryu owned and controlled 20,441,650 common shares, representing approximately 10.2 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of DM. The transaction was made through a private arrangement.

Mr. Ryu acquired control of the common shares to consolidate his shareholdings with his spouse for investment purposes. However, Mr. Ryu will review his holdings from time to time and may increase or decrease his holdings as future circumstances may dictate.
