DREAM INDUSTRIAL REIT SEPTEMBER 2017 MONTHLY DISTRIBUTION

Dream Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust has declared its September, 2017, monthly distribution in the amount of 5.833 cents per unit (70 cents annualized). The September distribution will be payable on Oct. 15, 2017, to unitholders of record as at Sept. 29, 2017.

Dream Industrial is an unincorporated, open-ended real estate investment trust. Dream Industrial REIT owns and operates a portfolio of 212 geographically diversified light industrial properties comprising approximately 16.1 million square feet of gross leasable area in key markets across Canada. Its objective is to build upon and grow its portfolio and to provide stable and sustainable cash distributions to its unitholders.
