COPPER FOX ANNOUNCES INCENTIVE STOCK OPTION GRANTS

Copper Fox Metals Inc.'s board of directors has approved an incentive stock option grant to officers and directors of the company for the purchase of a total of 950,000 shares of Copper Fox at an exercise price of $1.04 per share, vesting equally over a period of six months and expiring on April 27, 2017.
