CONSTELLATION'S VOLARIS GROUP ENTERS NEW COMMUNICATIONS VERTICAL WITH ACQUISITION OF INCOGNITO SOFTWARE

Constellation Software Inc.'s wholly owned subsidiary, Volaris Group, has acquired Incognito Software Inc. and Interactive Enterprises Inc. (Ireland), a communications operations support system solution business. The acquisition is Volaris's first acquisition in the communications vertical market.

Incognito's OSS solutions are sold to communication service providers in both the cable and telecommunications markets, enabling them to quickly and cost-effectively deploy data, voice and video services across a multitude of fixed and wireless networks, vendors, technologies, and standards. Incognito has over 250 customers in North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa.
