CASTLE PEAK ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
Castle Peak Mining Ltd. has released the results of its annual general and special meeting of shareholders and has provided a general corporate and exploration update.
Results of the meeting
At the meeting held on Nov. 16, 2016, the shareholders of the corporation elected the five directors nominated by management in the corporation's management information circular dated Oct. 14, 2016. The ordinary resolutions to reappoint the auditor, Davidson & Company, and to ratify and approve the amended stock option plan were both approved.
Corporate and exploration update
The company continues to discuss partnership opportunities with respect to certain concessions and the high-grade Apankrah deposit, and review additional opportunities as they are presented. The company's objective is to be active on the ground during the coming dry season.

Castle Peak's technical disclosure in this news release has been reviewed and approved by Darren Lindsay, PGeo, Castle Peak's president and chief executive officer, who serves as a qualified person under the definition in National Instrument 43-101.
