SCOTIABANK CLOSES TRANSACTION TO SELL ROYNAT LEASE FINANCE TO MERIDIAN CREDIT UNION LIMITED

Bank of Nova Scotia has completed the transaction, announced on April 19, to sell its business operations and assets of Roynat Lease Finance, a division of Roynat Inc., to Meridian Credit Union Ltd. The transaction has met all of the regulatory requirements and is not material to Scotiabank.
