The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Warrants:  1.9 million

Original expiry date:  June 19, 2016, and extended to July 31, 2017

New expiry date:  July 31, 2018

Exercise price:  20 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 1.9 million shares with 1.9 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Dec. 16, 2013.

Warrants:  three million

Original expiry date:  July 23, 2016, and extended to July 31, 2017

New expiry date:  July 31, 2018

Exercise price:  20 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of three million shares with three million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Jan. 24, 2014.
