Allegiant Travel Company (NASDAQ: ALGT) (the "Company") today announced the withdrawal of the proposed offering of $300 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2023 as a result of adverse market conditions. The proposed offering was an opportunistic capital raise with no requirements or conditions. The Company will continue to explore the raising of both secured and unsecured debt opportunistically when available on acceptable terms.
