Cash Contract With Times Publishing Company Propels AudioEye Into Elite Online Publishing Market

2014-09-11 11:30 ET - News Release

TUCSON, AZ and ERIE, PA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/11/14

AudioEye®, Inc. (OTCQB: AEYE) ("AudioEye") ("the Company"), creator of the Audio Internet® patented audio browsing and automated publishing technology platform, today announced that it has contracted with Times Publishing's Erie Times-News website GoErie.com. The website supports a Newspaper in Education ("NIE") initiative that will incorporate AudioEye's industry-leading website normalizing and mobile accessibility platform to aid students with disabilities in Pennsylvania schools and nationwide in accessing educational content.

"GoErie.com provides award-winning and highly dynamic content for users across Pennsylvania, the U.S. and internationally," commented Nathaniel Bradley, Chief Executive Officer of AudioEye, Inc. "In the spirit of being the best, and progressively ahead of the curve, Times Publishing has moved the ball forward for AudioEye in this key market vertical. Newspaper in Education is an initiative that we are honored to support for GoErie.com. This contract represents a scalable opportunity for AudioEye, as NIE has a national reach with newspaper publishers and school districts across the United States. We believe education accessibility technology adoption is paramount in mitigating the risks and costs of non-compliance and further enriching educational and news content."

Christopher LaFuria, NIE Coordinator at Times Publishing Company, stated, "From an education standpoint, AudioEye allows us to offer programming for all students in our outreach area, including those with visual and hearing impairments and other addressable disabilities. This will greatly expand student access to educational resources. As most school districts look to ensure inclusive practices, these hearing and visual aids now allow teachers to be more adaptable to their students' needs. We could not effectively provide this level of outreach without a partner such as AudioEye."
