The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Troilus Gold Corp. will list an additional 133,722,000 common shares at the open on Nov. 14, 2025. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $1.29 per share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated Nov. 7, 2025, to the company's short form base shelf prospectus dated April 30, 2025.
