The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Titan Mining Corp. has rolled back its shares on a one-new-for-1.5-old basis, effective at the open on Nov. 3, 2025. According to the TSX, the shares will continue trading under the symbol TI. The new Cusipi number is 88831L 20 2.

The TSX notes that no fractional postconsolidation common shares will be issued in connection with the consolidation. All fractional shares equal to or greater than one-half will be rounded to the next whole number; otherwise, the fractional share will be cancelled. To receive the consideration, shareholders must return the letter of transmittal together with share certificates to Computerhsare Investor Services Inc. at its principal offices in Toronto.
