Further to its bulletin dated Aug. 1, 2023, the Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Tetra Bio-Pharma Inc. will be delisted at the close on Sept. 8, 2023. According to the TSX, the company has failed to meet its continued listing requirements. The securities will remain suspended from trading.
