PATHFINDER APPOINTS RISHU GAIND AS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Pathfinder Ventures Inc. has appointed Rishu Gaind, CPA, CGA, as chief financial officer.

"We're pleased to welcome Rishu as our new CFO," said chief executive officer Joe Bleackley. "With over 11 years of finance leadership experience and a long-standing commitment to Pathfinder, Rishu brings stability, strong financial oversight and a deep understanding of our operations. His leadership will be key as we focus on strengthening our financial foundation."

Mr. Bleackley also thanked outgoing CFO Mathew Lee for his contributions over the past 1.5 years.

Mr. Gaind is a chartered professional accountant (CPA and CGA), and has progressed through several key roles at Pathfinder from accounting manager to vice-president of finance. He holds a bachelor of commerce from Panjab University and a master of science in finance from the University of Portsmouth.
