The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of a 100-per-cent interest in the Kingsway project and related assets, located in Gander, Nfld. Consideration is $20-million in common shares (5,263,157 shares) issued to Labrador Gold Corp.
