LION ONE ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Tayfun Eldem has stepped down as an independent member of Lion One Metals Ltd.'s board of directors, effective Jan. 6, 2026.

Walter Berukoff, chairman of Lion One's board of directors and president of the company, commented, "On behalf of the board and the company's management team, we wish to thank Mr. Eldem for his service and contributions to the company and wish him all the best in his future endeavours."
