HTC ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Lionel Kambeitz has tendered his resignation as director of HTC Purenergy Inc. Mr. Kambeitz served on the board of directors of the corporation since 1996.

"We sincerely appreciate Mr. Kambeitz's contributions to our corporation during his tenure and we wish him the very best in his future endeavours," said Jeffrey Allison, president and chief executive officer of the board of directors of HTC Purenergy.

Currently, the board comprises Jeffrey Allison as president, chief executive officer and secretary; Wayne Bernakevitch as chairman; and Garth Fredrickson (independent director). Jacelyn Case acts as chief financial officer.
