In connection with the completion of its plan of arrangement with Forum Energy Metals Corp., Baseload Energy Corp. will be delisted from the exchange. Accordingly, effective at the close of business, Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2025, the common shares of the company will be delisted at the request of the company.
